Allambee Counselling in Mandurah provides support and counselling for sexual abuse, assault and family violence. Their services include counselling and group therapies for children, adolescents and adults; a youth service supporting at risk youth; and community education.
We were approached to redesign the Allambee website into a more modern, safe, and friendly look and feel. The website runs on a CMS so that Allambee staff can easily manage and update their content.
One notable feature for the website is the quick escape button, to allow users who may be at risk to quickly exit the site and hide their activity without arousing suspicion.
The button replaces the Allambee site tab with a page showing Google search results for the weather, and opens an additional tab to the local BoM forecast so it appears as though the user was simply checking the weather.
