Founded in 1988, Milestone Workplace Training (formerly Tubal Workplace Training) began with a simple mission: helping Australian businesses build stronger, safer workplaces through high-quality Vocational Education and Training (VET), Workplace Health and Safety (WHS/OH&S), and risk management services.
In 2025, following the retirement of founding Director Peter MacDonald, the business entered a new chapter with new ownership and a rebrand to Milestone Workplace Training. Under the leadership of Managing Director Susan Cayago, the organisation is building on more than three decades of expertise while embracing a modern, forward-focused approach to training and industry support.
